A thought becomes a thing.. How?

We don’t sit in a room alone and dream up your perfect system to achieve your goals in an ongoing and consistent performance process. We work with your best talent, the insightful and imaginative people who can see the “Better Way”.

A starting belief could be:

“I believe we can be more productive and create less errors and unnecessary delays, if we work together with better coordination in an integrated and comprehensive system.”

When you engage Prodigm, you will experience a renaissance of creativity in providing your staff the tools they need to do their jobs as efficiently as possible.

Process

     Believe

    • We don’t sit in a room alone and dream up your perfect system to achieve your goals in an ongoing and consistent performance process. We work with your best talent, the insightful and imaginative people who can see the “Better Way”.

    • A starting belief could be: “I believe we can be more productive and create less errors and unnecessary delays, if we work together with better coordination in an integrated and comprehensive system.”

     Iterate

    • We don’t expect to get it right immediately. Creativity is a process where the right solutions emerge over time from your subconscious. Forgive yourself if your first iteration has flaws. That is healthy.

    • Keep going until you are happy with your solution.

     Collaborate

    • Once you feel the solution could be viable, then begin to share it with your collaborators. Let them feel free to raise concerns and objections to your proposal. Discuss possible alternatives and the implications of those amendments.

     Risk

    • Take small risks initially, test carefully, expect resistance and hopefully creative suggestions

    • Keep testing your assumptions and multiple use-cases until you are satisfied that the solution is robust and reliable.

     Complete

    • If it is a product that is now viable, the correct packaging and promotion has to be designed and tested

If it is a computer system, the system must be explained to the users so they fully understand what it will or won’t do, and what there responsibility entails to make sure it is working as expected.
