Prodigm specializes in business systems design and digital transformation.

We help companies:

  • Develop process-design and system architecture (especially using platforms like Zoho One).

  • Navigate government funding programs such as the Digital Modernization and Adoption Plan (DMAP) for Ontario-based companies and Technology Deployment Program (TDP)

  • After designing systems, we help clients select implementation resources, focusing on clarity of requirements so the build phase is more efficient.

  • For DMAP/funding-support services: Ontario-based, for-profit SMEs (small to medium enterprises) with 1-499 employees.
  • Businesses that may have outgrown existing systems (e.g., spreadsheets, disconnected tools) and want to adopt more integrated systems (CRM, ERP, inventory, cloud, etc.).
  • Those who are either looking for government grant assistance or want expert design of their technology systems (with or without the grants).
  • DMAP (Digital Modernization and Adoption Plan) is an Ontario program that offers grants (for example: up to $15,000 covering 50% of eligible costs up to $30,000) to help companies hire authorised consultants to define key business processes, design system architectures, and build the foundation for digital transformation.
  • Prodigm is an authorised DMAP consultant. We partner with you to develop the DMAP plan, documenting needs, processes, and system architecture, so you can confidently find another provider for implementation.
  • After the DMAP plan stage, further funding under the Technology Demonstration Program (TDP) for prototyping, training, and testing of the systems defined. Prodigm helps clients position themselves for those critical next steps.

Yes. Without government funding, expert systems design is still crucial and we can work with you to design a powerful Zoho-based solution with or without the DMAP grant.

    • Prodigm has created hugely significant solutions in the following industry types:

      • Insurance policy management, marketing, sales, automations, client response management and critical projects for two of the world largest insurance companies

      • Association management including government relations, member communications, and financial reporting

      • ERP Manufacturing control, inventory management, and accounting

    • Prodigm is experienced with the Zoho ecosystem (Zoho One, CRM, Projects, Books, Analytics, etc.) and have completed 200+ Zoho projects.

    • Prodigm helps with customer-facing solutions (websites, self-service portals, mobile apps, e-commerce) and back-office solutions (IoT, ERP/CRM systems, cloud, analytics).

      • Book a consultation via this link.
      • During the consultation you’ll discuss your business goals, system-pain points, eligibility for programs like DMAP, and whether design services make sense for you.
      • If proceeding with DMAP, Prodigm conducts detailed discovery, documents your business process requirements, meets the DMAP funding requirements around profitability estimations, designs the system / transformation plan, and then helps hand off to a implementation team that the client has selected.
      • Clarified business processes and technology requirements (less guesswork for implementation teams).
      • More accurate estimates / timelines for implementation because the design-phase is done properly.
      • Reduced system silos, improved productivity, better tool integration, elimination of manual workarounds.
      • Companies using DMAP or TDP grants qualify for financial support to offset consulting/design costs.
      • Access to experienced consultants with a track record (20+ years, hundreds of projects) in system design and Zoho integrated solutions.

      • The specific cost depends on the scope of your business, systems, number of processes, complexity, etc.
      • If you qualify for DMAP, the grant covers 50% of eligible costs for design by the DMAP consultant. The specific cost of the DMAP process is $30,000 of which you will be reimbursed $15,000 on completion and acceptance of the DMAP design.

You receive a documented plan (process definitions, system architecture, technology recommendations).

      Then you can decide:

      • Whether to use Prodigm's recommended partner to implement the solution.
      • Use your internal team (or another vendor) to build it using the design documentation as guide.
      • Further funding (TDP) may be available for implementation, prototyping and training if you meet criteria. Once a client's DMAP is approved, they may receive funding covering up to 50% of eligible implementation and adoption costs, with grants ranging from $50,000 to $150,000 per applicant.

Prodigm is available online and in person around the Toronto area. We are located in Ontario (355 Dundas Street West, Unit 21, Belleville, ON K8P 1B3).

      • If you are located outside Ontario or you are a non-profit or very small micro-business you’ll need to check whether the specific funding programs apply to you.

      • Even if funding isn’t applicable, Prodigm can still work with you on pure consulting/design projects.

      • We focus only on the design/architecture phase (not the build) so we act like a “house architect” for your systems—giving you a clear blueprint that implementation teams follow.
      • Deep experience with Zoho and other "all-in-one" integrated business systems since 2011, having completed hundreds of projects.
      • Authorized DMAP consultant, qualified to guide you through the funding application process and the design work.

During the design phase, Prodigm helps you define key business outcomes (e.g., reduced manual effort, faster lead-to-cash, improved data accuracy) and the system architecture is aligned to those outcomes. After implementation, you track those metrics to measure ROI. Our design ensures you will be fully in agreement with the planned outcomes of the implementation process.

If you already have systems (CRM/ERP/spreadsheets etc) but feel the integration is weak or you have workarounds, Prodigm can evaluate your current state, identify gaps, redesign processes, and recommend upgrades or better fit systems. The idea is not only “brand new build” but “right-sized, streamlined” for your business.

Prodigm's first steps after the initial consultation include a non-disclosure agreement and complete confidentiality.

      • Contact Prodigm to book a free consultation
      • Prepare facts and ambitions relating to your business: key pain points, approximate size (employees, revenue), current systems, and what you hope to achieve.
      • In the consultation, we’ll explore eligibility for funding (if applicable), scope of design work, timelines and cost.
      • If you decide to proceed with us, we will establish an engagement agreement, discuss timing and agreements, begin discovery and design phases.
