Covid-19 Screening Form
Prodigm developed a Covid-19 screening form required for anyone entering our office.
We used Zoho Forms integrated with Zoho CRM.
The CRM stores all responses as attachments in the Contact record.
If you send an invitation each day to employees by email, it also pre-fills email, name and mobile information from the CRM
