Design and develop a CRM and inventory system for a  Promotional Item Designer and Supplier 

A small business needed to manage the process of approval and manufacturing/ critical on-time delivery of customized promotional items, manufactured in China, purchased in Yen, sold in USD and accounted for in CAD.      

Prodigm supplied and implemented an 11-user Zoho One system. Core applications used initially included CRM, Books, Inventory, Sign, Analytics, and Writer.

Prodigm provided a solution for quoting and selling creative branded promotional items that were sourced in one currency, ordered and sold in a second currency and accounted for in CAD. The Client needed a comprehensive system to monitor the profitability of each line item on an order.

Product design approval, calculating real landed costs, drop shipping and critical delivery dates were all complex challenges. The system provides items for employee reward and recognition programs and sales and incentive programs. It depends on exacting production checking and proofing of the design and personalization required.

Prodigm helped the Client to switch from Salesforce, to using the Zoho One, an integrated and comprehensive business system.

Prodigm designed the entire lead to billing and production control process, plus the custom business process integration requirements. 
Prodigm worked closely with management in a standard six step implementation - Discovery, Admin training and setup, Configuration of every module, report and dashboard, User training, Conversion support and implementation support.
