Larger client with internal IT support, needed a complex CRM system which provided immediate positive impact on international location growth and improved customer retention
8 month project duration of development and support that provided a smart process for onboarding and updating customer profiles, including a compliance review process. This development reduced costs of onboarding and made it possible to expand into new markets.
Prodigm supplied and implemented a 50-user Zoho Enterprise system that is closely linked by two-way custom API connections to the Currency trading system.
The client provides Currency exchange transactions to major businesses. Prospecting for new clients and managing existing clients are the main requirements. The major challenge was the new client on-boarding process that requires the gathering of corporate data including the details about the corporate board and the traders, and keeping the CRM systems synced with the trading system, including all entities updated on either system, plus client’s trade transaction history, in real time.
Prodigm designed the entire process from initial Lead engagement through conversion to trading customer. Prodigm integrated a complex "Know your customer" survey into the New Customer on-boarding process, and continued the routing through a very secure and comprehensive Compliance review and approval process.
Prodigm provided a Discovery, Configuration, Admin Training, Conversion support project that gave the client a highly customized business process support and reporting system for the currency traders, that achieved minimization of effort in customer conversion, sign up, compliance processing and follow up.
Both systems dynamically provide mutual updates with the latest trades being recorded in the CRM system and any changes to individual or Company information being recorded immediately in each system.
The client also uses Zoho Survey and Zoho Connect. They are now upgrading to Zoho One, since they use a large number of Zoho Apps across their entire organization.
Prodigm also helped the Currency trading vendor to define the requirements of the API use cases and parameters for their product, which was initially non-existent. Prodigm managed the entire API development process.
