Tired of not getting any value from the connections and interactions you have on social media? Another feature of the new Social is the ability to automatically push social connections to your CRM as new leads.


You can set up predetermined rules for pushing leads to your CRM. For example, if an account retweets something of yours, you can have them automatically be added to your CRM. In addition, if someone likes your Facebook page you might think they are a pretty good prospect. Zoho Social can push their information to the CRM as a lead from where you can do whatever you want with them. If you have a large number of followers or are dealing with too many leads, you can restrict the connections that are added to the CRM by using keywords.


Measure Revenue from your Social Media Marketing

Being able to add leads from Zoho Social is a great feature, but Zoho Social really shines in measuring revenue from your social media marketing efforts. Reports in Zoho Social now include a standard CRM report. This shows the number of leads and contacts created, as well as the potentials and revenue that came directly from the leads and contacts created from Zoho Social. You can filter by social network to really understand which social platform is most valuable to your business and bottom line.



The New and Improved Zoho CRM 2016 is Coming!


We have been working with the new Zoho CRM UI for several months and we love it! It has been completely revamped and the new User Interface has over 50 new features. These new features help you work faster and smarter than before. When you log in to your current CRM, you should see a notification bar at the top of the screen about Zoho CRM 2016. If you follow that link you can register for the new UI, which will be available on 27 July.


We have been testing the new UI for a few months now and have not switched back to the old version in recent months. We really think you are going to like the sleek look and increased functionality that the new version of Zoho CRM offers.
