Format

The workshop features presentations, followed by discussions in the class and hands-on sessions where you discover and hone your abilities to control and manage the system.

Day 1

    Hands-on Setup session - the basics, users, and choices.
  2. Avoiding data and intellectual property theft.
    Hands-on Security setup session 
  3. Your process and how your CRM Modules are supposed to be used to support your process.
    Hands-On process design and Module customization session
  4. Supporting your sales process.
    Hands-on Sales process design and implementation. 
  5. The power of system administration. 
    Hands-on Administration setup and configuration session.

Day 2

  1. Looking at the other integrated Zoho Applications you are planning to implement
  2. The power of workflow. 
    Hands-on workflow creation session. 
  3. The power of other Automation possibilities and integrations.  
  4. Hands-on design of automation processes. 
  5. Pro-active exception management through real-time reporting of KPI.
    Hands-on set up of KPI and reporting. 
  6. Next steps discussion.

Masterclass Workshop Fee

The course costs $1,195 per attendee

This fee can be reduced to $398 if you are eligible to receive a Canada-Ontario Skills Training Grant (apply prior to the course starting).
